End customers, especially large oil corporations, are big on management of change (MOC). Their main concern is increased risk for personnel safety and reduced quality in the transportation system when a new operator or new aircraft type is introduced into service.

In the past, ACS’ approach has proved successful when introducing new helicopter types in operation for companies such as Statoil, BP, and ConocoPhillips in Norway.
